Root Beer
1 Tbsp. Homebrew Root beer flavoring
2 cups sugar
1 /4 tsp. Pasteur Champagne yeast
water to make 1 gallon

To this, I added about 1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar, 
a few more drops flavoring, and 1 Tsp. Molasses.
I bottled it in 4 1-liter bottles.
