Quick Cheese Coffee Cake (serves 6-8) 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1 Tbsp flour 1 egg 1 can refrigerator crescent rolls (or biscuits) 1 1/2 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 F Blend: Cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, flour, and egg until smooth. Seperate dough into rolls/biscuits. Press into ungreased 8 or 9 inch cake or pie pan on bottom and sides to form crust. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 F for 24-30 minutes or until filling is set and crust is deep golden brown. Let cool 20 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
