Apple-Cinnamon Cordial In a jar, slice apples (maybe 1/4 inch thick slices), basically fill the jar. Add some cinnamon (just shake it in), some sugar (doesn't matter how much, really), and then add vodka to fill the jar. Some time later (a few weeks at least), the liquid should be coloured brown. Taste it, and add sugar to taste. Enjoy the smell. When you feel like it, but at least a month or two after starting the cordial, strain off the liquid and bottle it seperately.
